Processing vocals can be one of the most time consuming parts of music production. KSHMR Essentials makes this tricky task much faster with 8 modules to dial in Gate, Body, Clarity, Air, Compression, Pressure, Spread and Glue. However great your vocalist, you’ll need to eliminate rogue breaths and room noises so use the initial noise Gate dial for this. Then shape the tone of your singer’s performance with Body for weight, Clarity for definition and Air for sparkle. Presets:
With the many presets included, it’s easy to find the perfect start to shaping your own sound. KSHMR has personally curated these starting points so that they are easy to click and test their personal preferences. There are presets specifically designed for bass, drums, kick, clefs, sync, and vocals
Deep voice:
The main focus of most tracks, you need a bass line that populates the dance halls and this plugin does exactly that. The 8 units of harmonics, fluff, pressure, excitation, branch, sidecut, width, and pressure combine to give the low end all the strength and power needed to stand out from the crowd. The first step in the chain adds higher harmonics to define bass and is especially useful for subtitling on smaller sound systems. Next, Fuzz introduces a layer of shape distortion. Multiple bands of pressure are handled by the compressor unit and then fed into the exciter to obtain high fizz and saturation. Set the sub-dial to the root key of your track to create a fine sub-bass layer. The profile trim control lends precise definition to the center channel, or push it wider with the display unit before inserting it into an ultimate compressor to glue everything together.
